Zumba Dance Class

Zumba 

Get your groove on with signature Latin and Salsa-style music to build anaerobic endurance. Zumba is choreograph with intervals of intensity body movements and music. Work your hips and stomach with core base movements, learn thrifty footwork to strengthen calves and ankles. Set to hypnotic dance rhythms, these easy to follow routines feels more like a fun night out rather than a workout class. Choose from Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba.

HIIT

Hight intensity interval training or HIIT is a form of cardio exercise done in a short, intense burst that aims to maximise athletic performance under conditions where the muscles are deprived of oxygen. HIIT is a great form of exercise to include in your workout routine if you are seeking to build strength and muscle endurance or trying to loose weight.

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by stimulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

Break Dance Crew

Hip Hop 

Hip-Hop is a fast-paced and energetic dance style using the latest street/ urban dance moves set to hip-hop music. The class focuses on a combination of three main elements, popping, locking, and break dancing. The class begins with a warm-up in, progresses through isolations and end with a combination. Our beginner friendly class focuses on developing rhythm and coordination while encouraging individual style.

KPop Band

K-Pop

K-Pop Dance is a choreography-based class taught to popular Korean Pop music. Students will be taught various dance techniques and dance routine incorporated with group transformations. They will also learn to enhance their performance with qualities with further polishing of steps and expression. Fans of K-Pop dance will definitely love the catchy tunes accompanied with viral moves in the class.

Outdoor Training

Kickboxing

This is an inspiring cardio workout inspired by martial arts, and is perfect for strengthening muscles and improving posture. During the warm up you'll be coached through all the different movements. You can expect to power through invigorating sets of hooks, jabs and uppercuts, and there are plenty of kicks and high knees too. Kickboxing is a vigorous cardiovascular workout that can burn up to 600 calories per session.
