Natasha is a health coach who specialises in weight loss and transformation with busy individuals. She was once a few times overweight and suffered from chronic fatigue. Soon after realising that she had to make a shift with the way she eats, she came to realise that it's all about shifting the habits and making better choices with her lifestyle. Along the way, she has helped many loose weight effectively and realistically without the stress or dieting. Her education background is in Counselling, Health Coaching with Advanced Nutrition.
Graduated with a bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Science with honours from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nana handles various one on one client meeting of different health, weight and metabolic issues. She specializes in weight management and gut health issues.

Nicholas, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, knows what it's like to lack confidence in your body, especially when he grew up as a skinny kid. It was during his tertiary education years that his interest in fitness sparked as he joined SP Gym Club. Despite attaining two ACL ligaments torn on both legs from basketball, that didn't stop him but allowed him to understand the importance of rehabilitation, recovery, muscular endurance and flexibility and he fully recovered. Through his rehabilitation experience, his curiosity in anatomy drove him to pursue a Specialist Diploma in Exercise and Sports Science and he embarked on his fitness career as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Sahana chanced upon yoga during her days as I.T Solution Designer in 2010, and found the practice extremely beneficial in keeping herself fit and active. Eugene journey into the Martial Arts industry started at the age of 12 where he was introduced to Wushu Sanda. Since then, he has been exposed to various martial arts such as Muay Thai and MMA. These successes have motivated him to share his perspectives and experience with others.
