Rashita is a 500hr Registered Yoga Alliance instructor from Singapore. She believes yoga is a lifelong process. Each practice opens one idea that there is always more to know. That growth is a constant in it's practice, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually, as long as one is open to it. A sense of humour and an attitude or curiosity are all you need to get started. She teaches; hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, core, pre & post natal yoga.

Graduated with first-class honors in Bachelor Science (Dietetics), Hui Xin has been in the industry for close to 10 years, where she was a Dietician in various hospitals from Singapore General Hospital to Mount Elizabeth General Hospital. With a passion to teach healthy nutritional tips to the general public, Hu Xin is a dynamic speaker who has been featured in various platforms such as being invited as a guest speaker on FM Radio 97.2 and Razor TV. Her nutritional articles were also featured in The Straits Times and various Lifestyle magazines. Hu Xin believes that individuals can improve their general mental and physical health with the right diet in order to achieve a better quality of life.

Graduated with a bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Science with honours from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nana handles various one on one client meeting of different health, weight and metabolic issues. She specializes in weight management and gut health issues.

She was the guest speaker for MediaCorp health programmes such as Singapore Top Ten, Body SOS as well as FM Radio 958. She was also featured on the Nu You Magazine as a Nutritionist.

Nana believes in gradual and simple changes in diet and lifestyle to make permanent and beneficial changes in the long run.





Josephine is very passionate about health and fitness, and has been practising Pilates for the past 10 years. She believes that Pilates can make a positive change to our daily life and provides a critical foundation for any forms of sports.

With over 15 years of professional experience in communicating with people from all walks of life, Josephine Ng has a pleasant and outgoing disposition, as well as excellent communication skills.

As an instructor, Josephine is eager to share the benefits of Pilates, aims to empower her clients to move efficiently, exercise safely and in the long run, be able to enjoy a better quality of life.

Nicholas, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, knows what it's like to lack confidence in your body, especially when he grew up as a skinny kid. It was during his tertiary education years that his interest in fitness sparked as he joined SP Gym Club. Despite attaining two ACL ligaments torn on both legs from basketball, that didn't stop him but allowed him to understand the importance of rehabilitation, recovery, muscular endurance and flexibility and he fully recovered. Through his rehabilitation experience, his curiosity in anatomy drove him to pursue a Specialist Diploma in Exercise and Sports Science and he embarked on his fitness career as a Certified Personal Trainer.  

Sahana chanced upon yoga during her days as I.T Solution Designer in 2010, and found the practice extremely beneficial in keeping herself fit and active. As her passion for yoga grew through years, she sought out training from various teachers and eventually pursued her teacher’s training from Mysore, India. The biggest leap for her happened in 2015, when she made a full transition into the world of yoga,

Her goal, through her classes is to bring in her deep appreciation and love for yoga to guide her students to strengthen their physical and mental well-being. If you are looking to build a solid foundation in yoga while having a great time, find your way to Sahana’s classes.

Anita is a transformational speaker and coaches individuals to empower and discover our true selves. She is passionate about the power of creating a relationship with ourselves and believe that when we do this and look inside for our happiness rather than externally, it brings forward true happiness. Helping those who feel like something is missing in their lives or at work to step into more empowered mindsets and create a life they really truly love from the inside out through powerful immersive exercises.

Eugene journey into the Martial Arts industry started at the age of 12 where he was introduced to Wushu Sanda. Since then, he has been exposed to various martial arts such as Muay Thai and MMA. The passion towards martial arts and fitness still continue to burn especially after representing and successfully clinching medals for Singapore. These successes have motivated him to share his perspectives and experience with others. With years of coaching and practising , he would like to push everyone and give them the mindset that through fitness they can also learn how to protect themselves.

Tia started her pilates journey due to a lower back injury and realises that with regular practise, she is able to eliminate the pain.   She is a Polestar certified mat instructor which specialises in rehab based pilates.  Having actively competed in netball, being an avid diver and an outdoors enthusiast, Tia uses pilates to compliment her regimes. Tia is passionate about spreading her love for Pilates and believes that it is beneficial to anyone of all ages.

Humairah is a qualified dietician and an accredited nutritionist with the Singapore Nutritionist and Dietetics Association (SNDA) and a member of Muslim Healthcare Professionals Association (MHPA). As an advocate for mindful eating, she focuses on helping her clients achieve their health goals through a sustainable and non-restrictive diet. She has conducted many workshops, seminars and healthy cooking demonstrations in the past 5 years and enjoy teaching Human Nutrition at Edith Cowan University for Bachelor of Sports Science students. She is very active in the community and has been featured on Multiple occasions in the media e.g Channel NewsAsia, Suria, Warna 94.2FM and Berita Harian to share about various health issues including fasting during Ramadhan with diabetes, diets for those with gout and osteoarthritis and most recently on S. O. S Sihat Oh Sihat, a medical and health themed infotainment talk show programme, on the effect of prebiotics and probiotics on gut health.

Shanice Stanislaus  is a licensed Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba kids Junior, Strong by Zumba and Zumba Pro Skills instructor and can be found teaching Zumba Fitness classes in Singapore and internationally. She is also a FISAF Accredited Group exercise aerobics instructor. She is an international Zumba Fitness instructor with the Move to Empower Team, sponsored by the Zumba Home Office and recognized by the United Nations, where she brings the Zumba program to impoverished communities, training new instructors. She began working with Zumba 4 years ago when she wanted to bring the joy of dance to individuals who were too scared to step into a dance class. Since then, she has worked with many communities from university students, sports recreational centres all over Singapore and even ex female offenders in prison. She is looking forward to creating a safe space for individuals to dance, exercise and let loose!
